Let's Tackle the Rules of Engagement for the Daily Declarations!!

The Daily Declarations are to be read outloud every morning before you begin your day and every evening before retiring.

The Daily Declarations should entail all that you want to be or become. "I" is the operative word in each declaration. An example would be: I eagerly seek to improve in every phase of my life.

Think of everything you wish you were and put it into a sentence beginning with "I". My Daily Declarations are four pages long!

At the end of the declarations, we deal with physical items. These are stated in the "present". An example would be: I have a seven-figure yearly income which comes from my Internet marketing ventures.

Head back to the website: www.my-retirement-project.com and you can find references to two different sources from which you will be guided to create your Daily Declarations.

Daily Declarations

As promised, I will now begin to dissect the steps to becoming an Internet Entrepreneur.

Daily Declarations are somewhat similar to self-hypnosis. They are carried out each morning before you begin the day and the last thing you do before retiring for the night. Napoleon Hill, under the auspices of Dale Carnegie revealed the theory that the mind could achieve anything that it could imagine. Daily Declarations are based upon that theory.

In essence you read, out loud, a series of statements crafted to improve yourself and to create the lifestyle that you wish to achieve.

Beginning next week, we will go into the rules of engagement for your Daily Declarations.

You Have the Guts, Now It's Time For You to Go For the Glory

That was the first line in my horoscope on the Internet today! If you have read anything I have written here and have visited the last few days, you will know that I am guilty of procrastination. That ends today!

I've been saying I was going to list my goals for the last few days in the last post. Each day, I've gone back and changed the date. No Longer!

I'm going to list the things I intend to do to become an entrepreneur and then dissect those goals in later posts. If anyone is reading this and sticks with me, I will guarantee you a limited education in Internet marketing. I will not be so elaborate as to include everything, but I will tell you where you can get the whole nine yards. Coincidentally, if you don't know the derivation of "the whole nine yards", it comes from the contents of a cement truck. That is the amount of cement a full truck would carry. Today, there are larger trucks! OK, here we go.....

  1. Daily Declarations
  2. Affiliate Campaigns
  3. Product Reviews
  4. Monetization
  5. Web Sites
  6. Blogging
  7. Self Produced Products

More may be added as I go along, but this should get us started.

An explanation of Daily Declarations next time.

Sneaking Up on Big Bucks

Up until this point, I have been very sedate in the description of my intentions. I don' t just want to get by, I want all the things I've described as wanting when self employed but got sidetracked and "run-around" (a railroad term; my dad worked for the Santa Fe).

I will set my goals on Wednesday, September 24th. I will give myself 30 days to show some sort of profit. What I've been saying about there being no gimme on the Internet is true. I totally realize that you have to start and build to a crescendo (I have a degree in music).

So it is; so it will be done...............................

Time to Get This Party Started!!!

I took a little time off for R&R. I've been working on this for over a year now and I believe it is time to begin to put some of the things I've learned into effect for the rest of the year and the rest of my life.

Bookmark this blog and return here as often as you wish for a play-by-play of what I intend to do to permanently become self-sufficient and enjoy every day from this date.

Social Security will play a part. I've become eligible and have decided to go for it. I will apply on Monday. My efforts for that will appear on http://www.boomer-help.blogspot.com/.

Anyway, I'm back..........

A Review of the Best Ways to Achieve Internet Income Toward Retirement

Over the last year, I have found few sources for true Internet income. Almost everything you find involves your hard work benefiting someone else. I won't go so far as to label these opportunities as Scams, but suffice it to say that you won't be able to retire from any of them!

One opportunity that I did find didn't push me into anything, in fact it was replete with warnings about beginning without the knowledge and practice necessary for success. The site owner has provided a plethora of Internet information and practical exercises to equip an individual with the necessary tools to create income from the Internet. There is a lot of written material and also many visual presentations. He even went so far as to email an answer to my question while he was on a family emergency. This one gets 5 Stars!

From my Website: http://www.my-retirement-project.com/, you may have read about the virtual necessity of procuring an Opt-in list. I've looked all over the Internet and almost all of these lists must be purchased. For about a fifth of the cost of a small list, I found a site that not only returns my original outlay, but has the possibility of producing a good income while it builds my Opt-in list. I've advertised on seven different sites and truthfully have had little success after a couple of weeks, but for $12, if this thing takes off..........Look out! ADDED 09/16: After a couple of months of intensive advertising, with over a hundred hits, not one person was added to my list. I have suspended this campaign at this time.

One other site offered a little different prospective on some of the same methods outlined by my five star nominee and after checking it out, this one gets four and a half stars. This site offers written and visual lessons on how to navigate the Internet. There are also freebies and web sites that are listed that you will need and now don't have to go searching to find.

my retirement project after about a year

Now only a few months away from collecting the abbreviated version of Social Security, it is time to reflect on what progress I have made in the last year(I started the blog about six months into the adventure). I have spent a lot of money to receive guidance on how to produce a retirement income from the Internet. Some of these are golden; others were not worth the electricity used to download the e-book.

I have listed the sites which have merit. I also went to a blogging catalog site and was summarily declined on multiple occasions. They said this was a commercial site or spamming. I have emailed no one about this blog and although it might contain affiliate sites and Google advertising, it is by no means commercial.

My idea in my site and blog was to give anyone else in a similar situation, an easier path than I have had. That also includes not having to incur the same expenses as me; why should we all get scammed?

By using the techniques and methods I have learned from the sites of merit (three of which offered the same information, with a twist, on the subject, giving a strong indication that it is honest and will work), I am waiting only for an account verification to begin that campaign. Once again, I will offer the information on the blog and therefore make it available to anyone looking with no charge on my part. Check out the Internet Income blog for ongoing information.

Until next time...........

New Blogs in Town

Since I am about three months away from being able to apply for the abbreviated version of Social Security benefits, I have started a new blog entitled Boomer-help. This blog will explore (already has two posts) the yea or nay of applying early. I also intend to chronicle my application procedures through receipt of the monthly stipend.

Another blog is positioned to share what I have been able to learn from over a year of research into Internet income. Multiple streams of Internet income will freely share the cream of the crop in income opportunities. There are so many scams and half-truths floating around out there, that I intend to identify the ones that appear to be honest and functional.

Until next time.........

More Income!

There are several ways to make money on the Internet. Some are free and some require a cash outlay. One site explains the "freebie" industry fully. You can get a description with no cash outlay by checking: projectpayday.com. This is something to treat as a hobby that has the potential of more than 3K a month or more.

Movin' On!

In the last post I provided the link for my mentor. I intend in the next three weeks to create at least three more web sites which will be created under the auspices of the teachings of this man. This is not one of those "buy it now and be rich tomorrow" schemes. If you are looking for something like that, then don't check it out. Most of those just take your money and let you wallow in it, anyway!

As I begin to create the new websites, I will post links here so you can check out the progress and get an idea. I will also be very truthful about the success or failure of the attempt. Stay tuned!

Until next time...........

As Advertised!

As mentioned yesterday, I have revealed my mentor. He is Michael Andrews. He can be found here.

I have a serious amount of trust in this man. He even answered my email while he was away from his home for a family emergency.....on the same day! Everything he has taught and I have put into motion has worked.

Until next time!

Web Page Update

Today, I spent a little time in updating my progress on my website: www.my-retirement-project.com. I mentioned on the site that I would be revealing my mentor TOMORROW, May 1st. This project has taken nearly a year of study and is finally beginning to pay off!

I also mentioned on the site that I would be revealing two of the three streams of Internet income that I have discovered. If you check the last post, I have already listed the second stream. I was introduced to this stream by my mentor for the third stream. His best month has been over $7,000 gross so far, with a net of about $3,500. He maintains that this is above average, but for just one of three sources of income, I think I could get used to it!

Although not at the level I would like, I can honestly say that I do have an Internet income at this time. As I work toward a comfortable retirement, I will post all that I do to make it a reality.

See you tomorrow!

Sorry, I haven't been around! Does the word Free mean anything?

The fact of the matter is that I've been too busy making some money on the Internet to take the time to come over here and let everyone know about it! I have a couple of streams of income at this point and a couple more in the fire. I can actually go to to my accounts at about 40 different sites and see the money there.....YES!

The amazing thing about this is that it hasn't cost me a dime yet and it won't unless I elect to upgrade what I am doing. If I upgrade, then I make even more. If you go to the following site: marketingpond.com, it will lead you to all the sites and they're all free, except one and it gives free stuff away.

My web page associated with this blog is http://www.my-retirement-project.com/. I will have more information over there in a short time.

Until next time!!

Progress report

Today, I spent the morning studying AdSense and Affiliate link cloaking. Interesting stuff! Tomorrow will be my last day for the Internet for seven days; a little vacation. The puzzle is beginning to take shape, the longer I study it. I have been turned on to a web hosting site that seems to have potential. Not taking any one's word for anything concerning the Internet any longer (after being taken so many times), I checked it out on my own. I found that out of the top ten hosting sites, they are #2. Their customer service rates the highest and the only difference between the top and them was $1 a month. I can do that! When I get to the point of having something positive, in terms of income, to write about, I will list the hosting site as well as the site from which I have learned how to create an income from the Internet. I hope to post again tomorrow, as we don't leave until Friday for the week.
Have a good day!

There's money to be made...let's get going!!!

Apparently, I got sidetracked last night, as I had the next installment in this blog ready to go and it didn't happen! With the Laker game and NASCAR, I had a plethora of distractions.
Time to make a move. As I mentioned earlier, I expect the Internet to be my retirement fund. I've done research and advanced my education for nearly a year now and I believe I have received the answers to many of my questions.
Is it possible? Absolutely, I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Is it easy? No way! All the purveyors of a "program to end all programs" are merely funding their own accounts. There is no way to make limited retirement funds, much less an income if so inclined with one of those programs.
What is required? An education, plain and simple.........that's it!!!!
How do you get an education? I've found one site that has repeated told me....DO NOT jump into the foray until I have gained the knowledge to participate. This site is a "pay" site, but at this point, an only "pay one time" site. There is talk of a membership fee schedule, but it has not been incorporated yet.
Will I disclose this site? Absolutely, if anyone shows an interest.
I have began to exercise some of my "education" towards creating an income. One of the methods to gain income is Google's AdSense. This string of income is completely covered on the site of which I have been extolling virtues. You will notice a couple of Google Ads on this blog.
There is a possibility of an income of $10-30+ USD per day from one site. Do the math!
Until next time.............................

Every other day will be fine..........

It seems like I get sidetracked and never make it back on the day I have specified for my next post. So...from now on....it will be whenever I can make it!
I started this morning as I will from this point on...with my daily declarations. These declarations are to be repeated each morning upon awakening and each evening just before bed as well. What are they? Glad you asked! Daily declarations are structured statements which are to guide you from "failure consciousness" into the realm of "success consciousness".
Sometime after the Depression, Napoleon Hill wrote a book entitled "Think and Grow Rich". He expounded on Andrew Carnegie's recipe for wealth and in doing so outlined what I have titled my daily declarations. In 1973, a former used car salesman, Joe Karbo, wrote a book entitled "The Lazy Man's Way to Riches". I had read Joe's book, long before becoming aware of Napoleon Hill and was shocked to discover that the structure behind each was identical. Joe did become rich!
After my daily declarations, I spent a few hours studying the ways of the Internet. March is to be "attack month". It is my intention to begin to put the knowledge I have been storing into effect. During that time, I will reveal my mentor and give all who want an opportunity to share in the "hold grail of Internet knowledge".
Until next time.................

It's Monday...one week later

I guess I got busy and haven't made it back here to catch up on retiring. I did have some fun last week and need to share that before outlining the preparations I've made today toward leaving the corporate world behind.
Last Thursday and Friday, NASCAR did some testing at our local track (California Speedway). We have season NASCAR tickets and were gifted a parking pass and seating on top of the suites since we have already purchased for the year. Due to work schedules of a couple of the others attending, we were only able to go on Friday. We were very upclose and personal, seeing the drivers and their cars from only a few feet away. I took about 80 pictures and enjoyed the morning session. We then retired to the (infield) parking lot for a tailgate lunch.
Some of the teams had called it quits for the day and were on their way back to their respective locations back east. I wasn't paying much attention to the smaller cars that were leaving, choosing to check out only the haulers when they passed.
I should mention here that I am a big Carl Edwards (99) fan and was wearing not one, but two of his fan shirts. The outer one was very colorful but the inner had long sleeves and it was chilly. Well, I'm sitting in my big folding chair with a tray table next to me with my sandwich and chips on the left and a cocktail in the other hand. All of a sudden, my attention was drawn to a SUV driving past by the driver waving at me. I looked up and much to my enjoyment, I was face to face with Carl himself. His team had ended their testing and I guess he was driving himself to the airport. Apparently, he saw his shirt and made my day by waving.
I did do a little preparation last week but not like today. I spent all morning and a good part of the afternoon preparing for my first earning website. I have been analyzing keywords and possible domain names for the site. I will start with my mental preparations tomorrow morning and will share some of that tomorrow. I will also identify some of the techniques for narrowing keywords down to the ones that have merit toward the subject of the site.
See you tomorrow.

Just back....time to get started

I just got back from Sun Peaks, BC, Canada from a ski trip. We didn't see the sun for almost 8 days! We got home and two days later, no sun again. We must have brought it south with us. Not as cold though...It was always below 22 Fahrenheit and as low as 4 on one day.

Getting started on my retirement project is ongoing. I am preparing both mentally and educationally for my goals. I will share with you as I proceed. I'll be back on Monday..Have a good weekend.....

Goal

I wasn't the first Baby boomer but I followed about eight months later. That's interesting because that means that I will be eligible for the early version of Social Security in about eight months. I've worked for myself and others for more than 40 years but the government stipend won't begin to pay the bills for the lifestyle that I live.
I have a 401K and other assets to add to the mix but still I am not satisfied with the bottom line.
This posting will be a chronological record of my efforts to create a "Comfortable Retirement" this year without too much previous planning. I've somehow stumbled onto the "holy grail" of Internet information in my Internet travels and will probably share with others down the road a little. This isn't meant to trumpet my successes to the world, but rather help any others that might be wearing similar shoes. My mentor has stated that you must gain knowledge first and then the money will follow. Beginning with the next post, I will starting to put some of what I have learned in to practice.
